Recognize is a web-based application that allows you to browse expression data in three dimensions. Uploading cell-segmentation results
(ImageJ ROI files) will automatically create a cell-by-gene expression matrix, which is then
used to perform single cell analyses such as cell clustering and cell-type classification by running tools like Seurat in the cloud.
Results will be presented as charts or three-dimensional, interactive plots with the option to highlight cells or regions.
A flexible export function will help you create beautiful, annotated images of your data.
